Refund Or Exchange Policy
  • Contact our customer service center by calling us between 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday till Friday or email us images of defective products at wihsoph@gmail.com
  • You may exchange the delivered products within 3 days of the delivery. You must have the original invoice/airway bill provided (ONLY WHEN PRODUCT IS WRONG or DEFECTED)
  • Products that need to be exchanged must be unused,packed in their original packing with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged condition and not altered.
  • Exchange will be eligible only when any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or it is different from what you ordered.
  • Texture and color of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, due to camera therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • Carefully repack the merchandise making sure all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt is included.
Hand over the product to the courier agent sent by the Brand.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock.

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 15-20 working days for the processing of returns.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. We may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
